  • FUSION EDUCATION is a Japanese language training center in Dinajpur, Bangladesh, offering JLPT-based courses and complete guidance for studying and working in Japan.

  • At FUSION EDUCATION, we combine structured JLPT-based learning with practical, real-life communication training. We focus on interactive classes, regular practice, and personalized guidance to build confidence and prepare students for successful study and work in Japan.

  • We work with students and professionals aspiring to study or work in Japan, along with partner organizations, supervising bodies, and companies in Japan to support placements, training, and career opportunities.

Our Process

Consultation & Assessment:
We evaluate your goals (study or work) and guide you on the best pathway—Student, SSW, TITP, or other Japan visas.

Step 1

Language Training (N5–N3):
We provide JLPT-based Japanese language training to build the required communication skills.

Documentation & Application Processing:
We prepare and process all documents for COE, Student Visa, SSW, TITP, and other visa applications.

Managing Director’s Message

Fusion Education was established with a clear and strategic vision—to develop the youth of Bangladesh, particularly in the northern region, into skilled, self-reliant, and globally competitive human resources. Since our inception, we have remained committed to providing structured guidance, professional training, and comprehensive support for individuals aspiring to pursue higher education and career opportunities in Japan.

At Fusion Education, we believe our role extends far beyond facilitating overseas placement. Our mission is to equip individuals with the necessary skills, discipline, and global competencies required to succeed in international environments and contribute meaningfully to the national economy.

As part of our long-term strategic vision, we are actively working to expand our training programs into key sectors such as the restaurant industry, agriculture, and caregiving. These initiatives are designed to build a sustainable, industry-ready workforce aligned with evolving global market demands.

We strongly believe that with the right vision, structured execution, and continuous skill development, regions like Dinajpur and greater Northern Bangladesh can emerge as significant contributors to a remittance-driven economy.

In line with our commitment to social responsibility, we are planning to launch the Fusion Foundation in 2027. Through this initiative, we aim to provide full scholarships and comprehensive financial support to underprivileged, orphaned, and talented students. Additionally, we will introduce zero-interest, repayable education loans, enabling beneficiaries to repay in flexible installments after securing employment abroad.

Achieving these goals requires collective collaboration, progressive thinking, and a forward-looking mindset. Strategic planning, skill development, and dedication will remain the key drivers of our continued success.
